One’s word is his bond; so do you complete what you say? Or do you tell lies? Some people lie all day long, and they are so good at it. They can smile and cough at the same time (Proverbs 14:5). Let us not be champion liars, but people who only speak if able to deliver what is promised (Prov. 30:8).
Everything that comes out of one’s mouth will fall on the ears of someone who will be relying upon what has been spoken. And just that fact alone should make every one determined to make good on what is spoken. If you don’t mean it, don’t say it, and you won’t get in trouble for it (Ecclesiastes 5:1-5). There is just too much of this nonsense going on and too many ruined people walking around because of it (Prov. 29:12; Zecheriah 10:2; Ezekiel 13:22; Jeremiah 29:31, 23:32). Hope to hear from you or see you at the services Ever wonder what the dead are doing? According to the word of God, only the deeds of what was done in life follow the dead (Revelation 14:13). The dead cannot take anything with them, and neither can they work on new projects because their laboring is over and only the Judgment awaits (Ecclesiates 9:4-10; Hebrews 9:27; 1 Timothy 6:7; Psalm 49:17; Job 1:21). Which means that a dead person only has the time to rejoice in or regret the deeds done in life (Luke 16:19-31). Once dead, one cannot change his fate, so man must be prepared at the precise moment of death (John 8:21-24; Mark 16:16; Acts 2:37-47; John 3:14-21).
So, anyone that has passed on is either in comfort or agony, based on how they lived while on earth. How are you living your life? Hope to hear from you or see you at the services Last Tuesday was the remembrance of 9/11, and the wounds are still fresh in the hearts of husbands, wives, parents, neighbors, and other loved ones of those who died in the evil act. It is beyond words or thoughts, how anyone could devise the kind of wickness we saw on that day and claim they are doing the will of God (Jeremiah 23:21-22, 23:25-32). No, it was not the word of God that taught those young men to fly planes into buildings. Instead those men, along with many others spent much time being taught the doctrine of Satan (John 8:44; Ezekiel 13:3-10; Isaiah 9:16; Matthew 15:13-14; 2 Peter 2:1-3).
God has made it clear that vengence is His and He will repay (Romans 12:19. But these men sat at the feet of false teachers who told them their people had been done wrong by the U.S. and that revenge was the way to get even. So now all this death is a reality, tearing lives apart and ruining dreams. But God will judge false teachers and students who have been mislead by the teaching they have accepted. Hope to hear from you or see you at the services When you are ready to get right with God, I would like you to read the following scriptures: Acts 2:36-42, 8:35-39, 16:29-33, 9:17-19, 10:47-48.
Afterward ask yourself three questions:
